Узагальнена концепція технології збору і обробки знань для підтримки прийняття рішень в умовах невизначеності

Анотація

Проаналізовано кілька технологій і методик підтримки прийняття рішень в умовах невизначеності. Зокрема, інструментарій підтримки прийняття рішень розглянуто в контексті задач відбору проєктів, стратегічного планування (на різних рівнях), розподілу ресурсів, протидії негативним впливам в інформаційній боротьбі, побудови та аналізу прогнозованих сценаріїв розвитку подій. На основі проведеного аналізу розроблено умовну класифікацію наявних підходів і узагальнену концепцію технології збору і обробки знань, яка забезпечує прийняття поінформованих і компетентних рішень різного характеру в слабко структурованих предметних областях.
